Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team across the operation of Valet and Shuttle Dept. in Solaire Entertainment City.
• Ensuring all operations cost must carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way.
• Ensuring efficient implementation of agreed contract by the client with regards to SLA, liquidated damages and other penalties in the operation.
• Reviews, updates and align the policies and procedures of the company best practices mostly Employees Code of Conduct in regards to operation
• Determine best course of action to undertake operational issues and concerns to the client.
• Always in support with HR for any concerns regarding recruitment, training and hiring processes.
• Client relationship always in control with regards to dispute related to the contract.
• Tracking operational costs toward maintaining profit margins in the station.
