Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the overall operations of our Manufacturing Plant. This role ensures efficient production processes, effective manpower management, consistent product quality, and full compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The Operations Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, meet production targets, and support the company's strategic objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or any related course
• Minimum of six (6) years of work experience as a Plant Production Manager or in a similar senior operations role
