Operations Manager

**Description**

The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily management of the facility, focusing on chemical processing, compliance, and profitability. This role requires technical expertise to lead a team of inspectors/technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while delivering exceptional service to our customers. The Operations Manager will also maintain a high functioning employee base through solid HR practices and safety education and awareness programs

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:**

General Functions:

+ Production & Operations: Manage daily shop activities, scheduling projects and technicians, supporting the chemical, coating, masking, and nondestructive processing departments.
+ Financial & Administrative: Drive business Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, project quoting, and reviewing staff expense reports.
