Operations Manager (Post-Course)

What You’ll Do:

Post‑Ops Excellence

• Lead a team of Post‑Ops Executives to deliver timely, accurate post-course administration (attendance, assessments, certificates, invoicing).
• Maintain and enhance SOPs aligned with funding agency requirements.
• Manage e-attendance and assessment compliance, certificate issuances, appeals, audit readiness, and stakeholder requests.
• Ensure seamless follow‑ups for corporate client needs and internal enquiries.
