Position Summary

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Calcinate (BG) who will be responsible and accountable for customer management, operational management, quality performance, Health&Safety, Security and Environmental management of the AST ITA Plant. The Operations Manager will provide regular and appropriate performance informations to STERIS Managers/Director and ensure compliance to all relevant Company and legal regulations.
Duties
Ensure safe operations of the plant and company by development of an effective safety culture, enforcement of safety practices in compliance to internal and external requirements and regulations.
