Operations Manager Quebec Testing Services

The Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director Canada and the International NDT Manager, you will be responsible for covering the following areas:

Preparing business plans to achieve annual budgets for NDT Services

Implementing best practices, training, leadership development, resource support and allocation in conjunction with HR and Safety.

Executing a plan to improve margins, implement cross training, resource utilization, project management and budget planning

Ensuring systems and processes are in place to drive safety and environmental performance

Overseeing a team, delivering customer’s best practices including auditing of records and informal participation in employee qualification process.

Supporting the sales team ( matrix organization structure) by increasing revenue in the NDT business and developing win/win solutions for opportunities to maximize customer value and company’s financial success.<...
