Reports To: Operations Director
Job Purpose
The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for leading and optimizing the operational performance of HPL Game Design's production teams. This role oversees Project Managers and Team Leaders, who supervise the production team, ensuring that all projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with quality and client expectations.
The OM plays a key role in aligning operational actions with financial goals, and scaling resources to meet project demands. This includes determining manpower needs, participating in recruitment, and ensuring the studio is adequately staffed for current and upcoming projects.
