HIRING: Operations Manager

Location: Matandang Balara, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (On-site)

We’re looking for a strong and hands‑on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and make sure projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall company operations and project execution
• Monitor timelines, manpower, and resources
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers
• Improve systems and workflows for efficiency
• Ensure quality control and standard compliance
• Report directly to the CEO

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management (construction experience is a plus)
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills
• Highly organized and results‑driven
• Can handle pressure and multiple projects
• Willing to work on‑site (Mon–Sat)
