Operations Manager Regional

At Wyser, we are supporting an important client in the search for an Operations Manager for Latin America, based in the region with international strategic scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement the regional supply chain strategy.
Optimize end-to-end processes for a robust operation distributed across different countries in the region.
Lead multicultural teams and coordinate operations in various countries (both in-house and outsourced).
Ensure efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with strategic KPIs.
Desired Profile:
Solid experience in supply chain and operations at a regional level.
Background in FMCG, retail, or related industries.
Advanced English and strong communication skills with global stakeholders.
Strategic mindset and results-oriented approach.
