Operations Manager (Remote)

GFT is a fast-growing finance and accounting outsourcing company serving global clients. As we scale, we need a Chief of Staff-type operator.

This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves building structure from scratch, and can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and people coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with the co-founders, translating vision into executable plans
• Drive company-wide initiatives (operations, recruiting, growth projects and marketing campaigns)
• Build and refine existing processes to create a sustainable operation in a high-growth stage
• Track priorities, deadlines, and execution for leadership initiatives
• Prepare executive dashboards, decks, and decision memos
• Identify bottlenecks, solve problems, and push projects to completion
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and operational reviews
