Cleantech is seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential, commercial, and retail buildings . This role serves as the primary operational leader for assigned sites, ensuring service excellence, strong staff support, and high levels of client satisfaction.

As an Operations Manager, you will spend the majority of your time in the field conducting site inspections, supporting cleaners and supervisors, resolving service issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. You play a critical role in upholding Cleantech’s service standards and driving consistent performance across your portfolio.
