Operations Manager (Retail/F&B)

Responsibilities

• Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of retail/outlet operations' strategies and plans to achieve sales target for assigned business/territories.
• Develop and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators, including the communication of sales targets. Conduct regular reviews to improve performance and inform development areas.
• Lead and monitor progress of sales activities, including adequate stock, proper pricing structures, promotional campaigns, planogram implementation, etc.
• Highlight critical findings based on customer feedback and collaborate with functions on value-adding actions. Implement new retail/outlet innovations based on changing consumer behavior and requirements.
