Operations Manager

We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead client projects end-to-end for a consulting firm focused on operational systems, process optimization, and fractional COO services. This role owns the delivery: managing timelines, budgets, team execution, and client communication from discovery through completion. You will be the main driver ensuring projects move forward smoothly, deliverables are completed on time, and clients clearly understand how everything connects back to their goals. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Hours: 9am - 5pm EST

• Own client projects from discovery through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources with confidence and clarity.
