Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible performance of the manufacturing facility, including safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory; leading direct and indirect manufacturing team members, including all support groups; plays a key part in the development of the customer relationship through meeting daily commitments regarding on time delivery, product quality and safety; identify and implement productivity improvement projects to improve the profitability of the operation; participate in the development of new projects to be launched at the facility, and lead project implementation; b...
