Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in San Simon. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure adherence to company processes, and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for production, managing budgets, ensuring the quality of products and services, and addressing operational challenges efficiently. Effective communication and coordination with various teams and stakeholders are key aspects of this role. Closely working with GM and CEO to drive and meet the financial targets.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning and operational management skills
• Direct experiences in manufacturing Rigid Plastic packagings such as IM, EBM, ISBM, IML and so on
