Operations Manager

Our client, a global data center operator is looking to hire an Operation Manager to manage their critical operations department in Johor, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the successful operation, maintenance and repair of all critical equipment systems while maintaining 100% uptime on site
Responsible for protecting and improving the assets value. Ensuring the critical systems reliably perform their intended function.
Assist in the planning, supervision and handover of any project related changes or improvements within the facility.
Work closely with management and the wider operational team on the review of equipment failures and preparation of detailed root cause analysis and action plan reports.
Provide input into and develop site specific procedures associated with Maintenance and operation of critical equipment: SOP's, EOP's, Drills etc.
