This is not traditional property management. It requires high reactivity, deep guest experience understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to build systems that scale. Responsibilities Build and optimize operational systems, structures, and SOPs. Oversee vendors, manage quotes, coordinate services, and ensure execution quality. Manage guest experience operations with a hospitality-first mindset. Train and optimize AI agents (currently implementing Host Buddy for guest communication). Manage and supervise VAs, define responsibilities, and ensure accountability. Coordinate internal teams and external partners effectively.
