About the Role

We're hiring a
Operations Manager
with a strong
hospitality background
to oversee and optimize operations for a fast-paced short-term rental portfolio (30–40+ properties).

This is not traditional property management. It requires high reactivity, deep guest experience understanding, strong leadership, and the ability to build systems that scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize operational systems, structures, and SOPs.
• Oversee vendors, manage quotes, coordinate services, and ensure execution quality.
• Manage guest experience operations with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Train and optimize AI agents (currently implementing Host Buddy for guest communication).
• Manage and supervise VAs, define responsibilities, and ensure accountability.
