The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a leading technology company to hire an Operations Manager - APAC.
This role sits within the regional operations team, focusing on process optimization, operational efficiency, and stakeholder management.
You will coordinate across multiple teams, manage regional initiatives, and work closely with global partners to prioritize and deliver impactful operational programs.
Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred.

Strong cross-functional coordination skills, able to navigate complex processes and align stakeholders across multiple teams and time zones.
Proven stakeholder management, with the ability to influence leadership and advocate for regional operational priorities.
