Operations Manager

Job Summary

You will manage production planning and coordination tasks to ensure timely kueh production and delivery. Your role includes forecasting demand, ordering supplies, scheduling workers, and supporting daily production activities.

Responsibilities

• Forecast daily, weekly, and monthly production demand to align supply with customer needs
• Place daily orders for kueh production materials to maintain inventory levels
• Update the events calendar to track important dates and production schedules
• Coordinate delivery schedules with delivery partners and Lalamove to ensure timely distribution
• Assist in daily kueh production and packing to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Manage workers’ duty rosters, including scheduling shifts, approving leave, and tracking attendance
