What You'll Do:
Post‑Ops Excellence
Lead a team of Post‑Ops Executives to deliver timely, accurate post-course administration (attendance, assessments, certificates, invoicing).
Maintain and enhance SOPs aligned with funding agency requirements.
Manage e-attendance and assessment compliance, certificate issuances, appeals, audit readiness, and stakeholder requests.
Ensure seamless follow‑ups for corporate client needs and internal enquiries.
