Operations Manager
— a detail-obsessed integrator who keeps campaigns sharp, clients happy, and delivery running flawlessly. This role is designed to evolve into
Operations Director
within 12 months for the right person.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Manager, you'll be the backbone of our delivery engine. You'll work directly with the founder to ensure everything runs like clockwork — campaigns launch on time, tasks don't slip, and systems get better every week.

• Own daily campaign execution and internal workflows
