Job Description:

The Operations Manager proactively ensures operational service delivery excellence on clients' requirements through the Contracts team, as well as ensuring contract profitability across a client cluster whilst continuously seeking quality and service improvement interventions.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years advanced Labour Relations experience (Disciplinary Enquiries, CCMA/BC at Arbitration level)
• HR Outsourcing experience would be an advantage.
• Previous management experience of 3 years in a service-related industry preferable;
• In dept working knowledge of Labour Legislation;
• Exposure to unionized environments would be an advantage;
• Knowledge of different industrial climates
