Our client is a fast -growing short -term rental management company that launched just over two years ago. Today, we manage 75+ Airbnb units, with a clear roadmap to reach 100 units by the end of this year and 200+ units by the end of next year. Our mission is to
deliver exceptional guest experiences while scaling with precision and operational excellence.
The Role
We're looking for a high -performing Operations Manager with a proven track record in Airbnb/short -term rental operations and hospitality management. This person will set the standard for our operations as we scale, lead our VA team effectively, and ensure the systems and processes are not only maintained but continuously improved.
