Operations Manager

Lexdan Select is assisting a company in the Healthcare industry with their search for an Operations Manager, based in Johannesburg.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into the development of the business strategy.
• Track operational performance and take corrective measures to ensure functional objectives are met.
• Contribute to the preparation of the operations budget, oversee its administration, and provide regular financial performance updates.
• Oversee and track adherence to legal requirements and governance standards within operational activities.
• Stakeholder management and relations.
• Contract management.

Requirements

• Completed bachelors degree in Business Management, Financial Management, or Project Management.
• Five years’ senior management operations experience in the healthcare/medical aid, or financial services industry.
