On a local platform, they are a recognised leader, owning some of Adelaide's well-known shopping centres. It's with much pride that we are able to assist in sourcing a Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of shopping centres in the vibrant city /city fringe district.

The Role:

Manage all aspects of the optional maintenance of centres

Monitoring on-site fit-outs on a daily basis

Ensure all commercial and retail fit-outs comply with tenancy fit-out requirements

Control all contractors on site to ensure the quality of works performed and the health and safety standards are met

Take control of all FM budgets relating to the precinct
