Operations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and strong‑willed Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires critical thinking, deep industry understanding, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention initiatives and collaborate with Process Excellence to avoid disruptions in operations.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations and address related issues.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the Director of Operations.
• Monitor, measure, report, and analyze data to identify trends and gaps.
• Lead performance management of Team Leaders and take action on time‑keeping issues.
• Analyze operations processes and recommend improvements to the Director.
• Ensure all company‑required training sessions are completed in partnership with the Training team.
