Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company
• Monitor staff performance and productivity
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure targets and KPIs are achieved
• Manage budgets and control operational costs
• Coordinate with different departments (Sales, HR, Admin, etc.)
• Resolve operational issues and improve workflow
• Prepare reports for top management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
