Operations Manager

Role: Own daily end-to-end operations: inventory, fulfillment, people, and SOP compliance for high-volume 18K gold e-commerce.

Key Duties

• Manage 
  warehouse + inventory accuracy
   (receiving, storage, reconciliation)
• Run 
  order fulfillment
   (pick/pack/ship), hit daily SLA, reduce RTS/packing errors
• Enforce 
  packing controls
• Handle 
  returns/claims verification
   and restocking/write-offs with Finance/CS
• Lead ops team: scheduling, coaching, discipline, attendance tracking
• Improve processes, report KPIs weekly

Qualifications (Must-Have)

• 3–5+ yrs in 
  e-commerce/warehouse/logistics ops
• Strong 
  people management + process discipline
• Good in Excel
   (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas, data cleaning)
• Comfortable using 
  Shopify/inventory tools
   and working with high-value inventory
