Operations Manager – The Ship Sørlandet

About the position

The operations manager has overall responsibility for the operation and staffing of the training ship. Sørlandet - the world’s oldest full rig in active operation. The ship will be 100 years old in 2027. The position reports to the director and is part of a joint management group consisting of the director, technical director, financial director, marketing director, operations director and school director.
