The Operations Manager continuously assesses the effectiveness of a business function and offer recommendations for continues improvement.
This profession works closely with all managers and quality specialists to identify ways to make things better and faster.
Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedures to create a Shingo core value of PIQSV in everything the team members do.
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed; Must believe that all accidents are preventable.
Promoting Safety.
Drives and coordinates manufacturing, operational and administrative process improvement using appropriate lean & Six Sigma tools.
Responsible to deploy Environmental, Health and Safety related activities and must provide strong and visible leadership in all actions and words.
