Rare opportunity for an experienced and highly organised candidate to oversee the day-to-day office management of a small professional services firm, across finance, HR, operations and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will manage the firm's financial processes (including management accounts, year-end account preparation, GST and payroll), support partners with management reporting, oversee meeting administration, take responsibility for all HR matters, and ensure that all office operations, IT and premises management are maintained to a high standard.
Candidates must have proven experience in a similar role, including experience in management accounts and reporting. You'll need an enthusiastic, hands-on approach, with the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a busy environment, with a genuine commitment to ensuring the business operates a first class client service.
