Job Summary

The Operations Manager – Valet & Shuttle Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, performance, and compliance of the Valet Parking and Shuttle Transportation departments deployed at Solaire Parañaque. The role ensures efficient service delivery, adherence to client standards, staff discipline, and high levels of guest satisfaction while maintaining safety, operational control, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Valet Parking and Shuttle Services at Solaire Parañaque.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with Solaire and company policies.
