The Salvation Army Bridge Midland - Waikato - Tauranga
About the Business:

We are seeking the full-time services of a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of Health professionals.The position is based in Hamilton and involves providing operations leadership to our Midland, Waikato and Tauranga Bridge Programme. 
Our ideal candidate will: 
Degree and Registration in Addictions or related field i.e. Nursing, Social Work, Counselling or Psychology

Proven experience in leadership of Residential and Community alcohol and other drug addiction services.

Strong leadership capabilities with a proven Human Resources background

Effective communication skills, able to deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences.

Able to work within the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi and have the ability and confidence to build and strengthen p...
