                    Key Duties  Lead daily operations of wastewater treatment and waste management facilities 
Develop and implement strategies for waste collection, treatment, recycling, and disposal 
Drive business growth, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency 
Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation 
Establish and track KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems 
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards 
Promote sustainability, recycling initiatives, and waste reduction programs 
Build and enforce a strong safety culture; lead audits and incident investigations 
Manage and develop cross‑functional teams (operations, sales, customer service) 
Handle client relationships, service delivery, and issue resolution
