Operations Manager/Supervisor

Overview

Oversee seamless solar project installations from start to finish. Manage site schedules, crews, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and without rework.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of solar installation projects
• Manage schedules, manpower, and materials
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Track project KPIs: on-time delivery, cost efficiency, client satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and warehouse teams

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, construction, or operations
• Strong leadership and scheduling skills
• Background in solar/renewables or electrical engineering preferred
