Operations Manager/Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of trucking and rental operations
• Make decisions about route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of trucks and equipment.
• Monitor the daily operations on the construction site specifically the equipment.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
• Handle customer service issues and operational problems.
• Generate periodic reports and present to management all aspects of operations and profitability.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager with regards to necessary support for construction
• Validate the proficiency and skill sets in hiring of drivers and operators.
• Maintain and manage fleet trucking system.
• Develop marketing network to increase client base.
• Ensure the compliance with safety and all regulatory agencies.
