Operations & Marketing Coordinator

We are a family of growing businesses – including a café, a catering service, and business consulting operations. We are looking for a versatile, organized, and proactive Operations & Marketing Coordinator who can support strategic tasks across these three areas.

This role is not limited to one department — you'll work directly with the owners, help manage daily operations, support marketing initiatives, and coordinate with staff across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations Support

• Coordinate daily operational tasks for both the café and catering service
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and wait staff to ensure smooth execution
• Help maintain schedules, logistics, and event workflows
• Assist with general organization and task tracking across businesses

Marketing & Creative Support

• Create and support marketing content using design tools like Canva
