Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Operations & Office Manager to serve as the operational hub of our lead generation business. This pivotal role balances high-level client relationship management with the oversight of internal departments and daily office functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our lead distribution engine runs smoothly, our financial adviser (FA) clients are satisfied, and our cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, and Call Centre) are perfectly aligned.
