Operations Officer Payment Services M/F

Must have skills:

Ideally12+ months of financial services experience within (Back officeoperation/ settlement / corporate actions, etc.)

Securities knowledge (Could be from CSC and or banking industry experience)

Excel (Pivot tables, Chart manipulation, Basic Formulas)

Attention to detail

Knowledge of SWIFT messages type (especially 56Xfor corporate action and/or54Xfor settlement)

French skill is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

Custody:Payment services

Collect instructions received and process them in accordancetothe procedures and compliance rules

Manage transaction records history andmaintainarchives for audit purpose

Book operations inside clientaccount andreconcile them

Update database and internal repositories linked to his activity

Chase the other internal department who shouldtake actionin regards of client instruction execution
