Operations Officer (Resource)

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the Resource Section, planning and preparing rosters and deploying Bus Captains, to ensure duties are operated.
• Measure the performance of the Resource Section and implement corrective actions to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
• Report to the Depot Operations Manager to identify the needs and plan for training.
• Maintain accurate records of Bus captain training.
• Ensure Bus captains are rostered to work within the work hours guidelines and regulations and in accordance with company recognized processes.
• Ability to foster team-oriented goals.
• Any other duties as assigned by Depot Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma level qualification
• 2 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
