JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS OFFICER (COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS)

JOB PURPOSE

• To assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of assigned
• ALogis Artico cold storage facility.
• To help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required
• services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
• To contribute in achieving the financial targets especially on the revenues set by
• the management for the assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the manpower contingents such as forklift operator, QA, checker and
• documentation assistant. Close monitoring of inventory for both inbound and
• outbound activities within the prescribed metrics by the clients. Will handle the
