Operations Officer

JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS OFFICER (COLD CHAIN LOGISTICS)

JOB PURPOSE

• To assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of assigned
• To help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
• To contribute in achieving the financial targets especially on the revenues set by the management for the assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the manpower contingents such as forklift operator, QA, checker and documentation assistant.
• Close monitoring of inventory for both inbound and outbound activities within the prescribed metrics by the clients.
• Will handle the evaluation, preparation & renewal of service contract.
