Operations Officer

The Operations Officer I Will Work Under The Supervision Of The SOO III. Specifically, The JSO I Is Expected To Perform The Following With Focus On B2B Market Segment Of The Business
B2G-OPERATIONS
Improve win rate for all request for quotations (RFQ) and Invitation to Bid (ITB) submissions (email, hard copy submissions) including but not limited to the categories of fertilizers and agrochemicals, seeds, seedlings and other items, agrimachineries and veterinary supplies (daily PHILGEPS SWEEP)
Ensure GMV targets are met (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Ensure all relevant documentations required for bidding are always up to date
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from forward to reverse logistics and customer support (after sales)
Fulfill all other RFQs from other institutional buyers (via emails, SMS, chats, calls, face-to-face meetings)
Ensure accuracy of data and information submitted in all bidding documents and their timely submission
