Operations Officer

Job Summary:
The Operations Officer will support the Segregation, Trade Input, and Settlements team within WNO Operations. This role focuses on trade settlements, share movements, bookkeeping, and operational processing to ensure compliance with CIRO regulations and internal audit requirements. The position offers strong learning opportunities within a Top North American bank and a collaborative team environment. Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday

: AM – : PM or : AM – : PM (must be flexible)

days onsite per week

May be required to work on Canadian holidays

No rotational schedule

Key Responsibilities:

Support Segregation Trade, Inputs, and Settlements functions.

Process requests and ensure alignment with bookkeeping records.
