Job Description
- Request coming in throughout the week,
3 different levels – groups -Filtering the requests
Gate keeping – looking up documents
Closing of the requests which is the last piece.
- How much time is being spent in meetings
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) NO
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? YES!!
