Operations Officer

JOB PURPOSE
To assist the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of assigned
ALogis Artico cold storage facility.
To help achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the required
services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality.
To contribute in achieving the financial targets especially on the revenues set by
the management for the assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise the manpower contingents such as forklift operator, QA, checker and documentation assistant. Close monitoring of inventory for both inbound and outbound activities within the prescribed metrics by the clients. Will handle the evaluation, preparation & renewal of service contract.
Assist in ensuring compliance with the NMIS, BFAR, BPI, FDA, and others of assigned ALogis Artico cold storage facility and timely renewal thereof.
