Operations Officer(Currency Processing)

ROLE PURPOSE Operations Officer (Currency Processing) is responsible to execute currency processing activities in compliance with the standard operating procedure and guidelines.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Perform currency processing activities including preparing materials, equipment, machinery, and systems readiness to achieve the required production output.
2. Perform random inspection on the processed banknotes to ensure the quality is in accordance with the Bank's standard. Escalate any deviation on output quality to Operations Supervisor for corrective action.
3. Perform activities as specified in the guidelines and established procedures to maintain quality and integrity of currency in the region.
4. Prepare data and material to identify and recommend improvement to the current work processes, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to improve efficiency, productivity and sustainability of currency processing. Perform relief function and undertake ot...
