Operations Planner

The Operations Planner ensures efficient production and supply planning at Mary Grace Foods Inc. by balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create production and operations plans based on sales forecasts
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
• Identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions
• Track operational KPIs such as service levels, lead times, and inventory turns
• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in operations or production planning (food manufacturing preferred)
