 SUMMARY:  
-    POSITION INFO:  
 Operations & Production (Printing Industry) (POS26172) Area: Benrose, GP Salary: Market Related Lead our wide-format printing facility to new heights! If you have 10+ years in print/production, expertise in roll-to-roll, flatbed & automated cutting, and a talent for optimizing workflows and leading teams, this is your next career move.  Requirements:     Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in Print/Production Management, with at least 5 years at a Senior/Strategic level.  
 Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of wide-format processes (UV, Solvent, Latex), rigid substrate handling (DIBOND®, Acrylic, PVC), and CNC/Digital cutting (Zünd, Kongsberg, etc.).  
 Financial Literacy: Proven ability to manage a departmental P&L, optimize gross margins, and handle international procurement/logistics.
